Samsung recently announced he SCH-B710, the latest from its Mobile TV stable in South Korea. This particular model to also due to be launched in other asian markets as well. In some asian countries like South Korea Mobile TV concept is going really strong for some time now, they're already on to a second generation of phones capable of streaming DMB signals.

This phone is tapping this market area. This new phone actually offers picture-in-picture viewing on the phone. Meaning, on a screen so small you can barely watch one show you're now able to watch two at the same time.
